Ingredients
  

4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into ½-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: Chopped chives for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
      Arrange on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes. Flip and bake 15–20 minutes more.
        Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake for another 3–5 minutes until melted.
          Garnish with parsley and optional chives before serving.

            Notes

            • Sweet potatoes can be used as a substitute for regular potatoes.
            • For added crunch, sprinkle breadcrumbs with the cheese.
