Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain and set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough and add sausage and cheese to each triangle.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze unbaked rolls for up to 2 months.
