Sausage and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1 tube 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain and set aside.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and add sausage and cheese to each triangle.
  4. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze unbaked rolls for up to 2 months.
