Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup caramel sauce room temperature

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter for 90 seconds. Stir well, heating in 15-second intervals as needed until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading evenly. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Chill for 2–3 hours until firm. Slice into 1-inch squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk or cream.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
