Method
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter for 90 seconds. Stir well, heating in 15-second intervals as needed until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading evenly. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Chill for 2–3 hours until firm. Slice into 1-inch squares and serve.
Notes
- Use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk or cream.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
